Day 7 ~ January 7, 2010
Let me start out today's post by sharing that my husband informed me this morning that he doesn't think this will last past about 4 months. And he says if it does it means we will no longer have any furniture. So basically he's saying I can't accomplish my goal... that we do not have 3,650 items to get rid of. I'm sure most people know that the best way to motivate a woman to do something is by her husband telling her she can't! Bring it on baby!
1. Sealed package of Christmas cards. Yes, I said Christmas and not holiday! The last two years I've purchased photo cards to give out, so you know how old these must be!
2.
Okay... it's now the next day January 8th. My posting got cut short yesterday by my internet access going down and then an evening that I'd just rather not talk about. So, lets get on with this... it's going to be short and sweet because I refuse to get behind!
2. Old tie that's falling apart ~ gone!
3. Baby blankets ~ gone!
4. Gift bags full of baby clothes ~ gone!
5. Parenting book from the hospital ~ gone!
6. Empty reed difuser w/it's original box ~ gone!
7. New baby clothes with tags on ~ gone!
8. Old set of early reading books ~ gone!
9. Baby sleeping positioner ~ gone!
10. Wonder Coaster ~ "Mommy! Mommy! Can I play with that?! Pleeeeeeeeease?!!!" Dang it! They spotted me! "Fine!" I hope they are enjoying it because tonight when they go to sleep it's going out the door! I know you're wondering why I bought the Wonder Coaster to begin with. It was santa's last minute desperate attempt at an exciting gift that would be all set up and ready one Christmas morning many years ago. I hated it from the second I took it out of the box! Having it strewn across my family room floor at this moment I can tell you I still hate it!
